new design idea

I have been playing around with a new design idea for the website. It's still a work in progress, but I thought I'd let ya'll look at it and tell me what you think. The file is in \\Acadsrv2\zonlib\ashley's stuff\header.png

I just copied the text from the current site to this one so we can get an idea of what it will look like once completed. We also need to talk about what kinds of things we want incorporated into the site. I know we mentioned the idea of tabs along the top.
